Shipping policy

 

Welcome to Nerivanto (hereinafter referred to as “we”). This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, as well as the responsibilities involved throughout the delivery process. Our goal is to ensure transparency and a smooth shopping experience for every customer.

1. Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery services exclusively within the United Kingdom. Orders addressed to locations outside the United Kingdom are not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

Orders with a total value of £79.99 or more (including £79.99) qualify for free shipping. Orders with a total value below £79.99 are subject to a fixed shipping fee of £11.99.

All applicable taxes and shipping-related charges are already included in the product price. No additional fees will be required at checkout or upon delivery.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Our operating hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 (GMT).

  • Orders placed and paid before 18:00 will be processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next business day.
  • If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the following business day.

4. Order Processing Time

Once payment is confirmed, orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. This processing period includes order verification, packaging, and handover to the shipping carrier.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 5–8 business days. Actual delivery time may vary depending on weather conditions, carrier operations, or delivery volume.

6. Shipping Carriers

Shipments are arranged using reliable logistics providers based on destination and availability. Common carriers include:

  • SEUR
  • UK Post Office
  • Packlink

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment details, and shipping information.

You may track your order at any time by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number.

8. Responsibility Statement

  • Damaged or Lost Items: If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with supporting photos or details so we can assist with verification and resolution.
  • Shipping Changes or Cancellations: Requests for changes or cancellations can only be considered before the order enters shipment preparation. Once the package has been handed to the carrier, modifications may no longer be possible.
  • Delivery Address Accuracy: Please ensure all delivery information is accurate and complete. Delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect address details may result in extended processing time and cannot be guaranteed for resolution.

9. Delivery Inspection

We recommend inspecting the package upon delivery. If any visible damage or irregularity is noticed, please document it immediately and contact us for assistance. Acceptance of the package indicates that the external condition appeared normal at the time of delivery.
